Chortens: Buddhist monuments
These are some of the chortens that we passed during the 4 days Helambu trip in the hills of Nepal. It is said that one should always move from the left of these monuments while crossing them.

The five days long festival , Tihar, will see the lights like this throughout the festival - in and around home.

Around Lakhure Bhanjhyang

My camera isn't that bad.
After around 1.5 hours drive to base of Lakhure Bhanjyang from Patan, you start walking without losing mountains from sight. On clear day, you will see all three cities of Kathmandu Valley - Kathmandu, Patan and
Bhaktapur - from the top.

Short trek to Shivapuri Monastary
If you are looking for a short hike around Kathmandu Valley, just take
a bus to Budhanilkantha (costing around Rs10 per person) and get entry
ticket to Shivapuri National Park. Walk for around one and half around
to reach the beautiful monastery with lots and lots of Prayer Flags.

Fish at Pame, Pokhara is really Yummy
I bet you will find never be satiated with those fishes from the fresh water of Pame, around 11km drive from Pokhara, Lake side. Really good place to be if you are in Pokhara.
